With very high reflective index, these tiles not only reflect sun rays but also reflects back its radiations thus, bringing down room temperature up to 20o C keeping the room pleasant & comfortable and also immensely lowering air conditioner power consumption / electricity bills.
Based on two-layer insulation design these cool roof tiles are made with unique Micro Encapsulated Phase Change materials which are all-natural minerals from our own mines. Water resistant and light in weight Insullite tiles are made to give you comfort, less electricity bill and ease of application. Works in winters too as it insulates both the surface, maintaining room warmth.

The tile reflects about 93% (Certified) of all Sunrays (Albedo)
Heat conductivity of only 0.087 W/mK (Watts per meter-kelvin) is transferred maintaining the ambient/room temperature up to 20o C less than outer temperature. This save considerable amount of power consumption & electricity. Works in winters too as it insulates both outer & inner surfaces.

WATER RESISTANT
The tile is resistant to water absorption (only 4% absorption).
Forget about seepages and leaks in living spaces as these tiles doesn’t allow water passage through its composition and minimal water on top layer also gets evaporated with reflected radiations.

NO POLISHING / GRINDING REQUIRED
Very cost effective in application as no polishing or grinding is required.
The top layer is designed for whiteness and other reflective properties. Therefore, no polishing or grinding is recommended as to maintain the top layer intact for its purpose.

LIGHT WEIGHT
This tile is light in weight transferring less weight on roof surface, in transportation and less burden on workers in application as well.
This property of being light weight comes from exfoliation of its natural mineral constituents. Exfoliation creates air pockets in the composition which makes it lighter in weight.

ANTI-SKID SURFACE
The white pleasant appealing tile has an anti-skid surface.
Even though its white and smooth, its surface has proper friction factor for children to play and your desired activities.

NON-COMBUSTIBLE
(BS:476 part 4:1970)
Certified values describes that this tile doesn’t catches fire.

APPLICATION

STEP 1 :
Prepare the masonry base giving proper slope.
STEP 2 :
Fix tiles using tile adhesive with notched trowel.


STEP 3 :
Use tile spacing of 3mm
STEP 4 :
After two days of tile fixing, fill the gap between the tiles by white grout.

ALL DONE !!!
Polishing / Grinding of tile is not required and strictly not recommended.

This exposed surface is whitened because of its mineral constituents which gives high reflectance value
Lower Layer with thickness of 15 mm
Constitutes – Natural Minerals + Cement
Key mineral is exfoliated at 1000 Degrees C which in expanded form has low heat conductivity and is light weight.
Its high porosity gives it its insulation property of reflecting heat radiations, achieving high value emittance.
High Reflectance + High Emittance = High SRI = NO Solar heat gain. This lowers the room temperature up to 20 Degrees C.
